Can I use the car for both personal and business purposes?

Yes. You can use the vehicle for both personal and business purposes, in accordance with the contract and current regulations. It is not intended for taxi services, ride-sharing, or similar public transport activities. If you have a specific business use case, our team can tell you what is possible within the scope of the service.

Where do I go for car maintenance and tire changes?

Maintenance and tire changes are performed at authorized AutoZubak service locations or at designated partner service centers. You can book your appointment online or by phone, and the cost is fully included in your subscription.

What happens in the case of damage or an accident?

In the event of damage or an accident, your first priority is safety and calling emergency services if needed. Afterward, contact our support team – we will guide you through the insurance claim process, organize repairs, and, depending on your contract, provide a replacement vehicle.

Are the vehicles new or used?

We offer both brand-new vehicles (0 km) and already registered cars. Each offer clearly states whether the vehicle is brand-new or part of the AutoZubak Lease fleet.

Can I drive the car abroad?

Yes, in most cases, you can use the vehicle outside of Croatia, within the countries covered by the insurance. The exact terms and any potential restrictions are specified in the contract – our team will explain everything to you before you sign the paperwork.

What is required to lease a car?

To get started, all you need are the basics – a valid ID and driver’s license for individuals, or basic business details for small enterprises and companies. Our team handles all the checks and procedures in the background; if we need anything else, we’ll reach out with clear and simple instructions.

What is the difference between a car subscription and vehicle leasing/rental

With traditional leasing, you often face a down payment, multiple separate costs, and the eventual question of what to do with the car when the lease ends. With AutoZubak Lease, you pay a single monthly fee that covers almost everything, leaving you with no worries about selling the vehicle afterward.

What happens when the lease expires?

As the contract nears its end, the choice is yours – return the car, extend the lease, or switch to a different model. There's no need to worry about selling the vehicle or its valuation. You decide what makes the most sense for you at that moment.

Can I change the car or modify my subscription?

Yes, you can switch to a different package or a different vehicle model, agreement and potential price adjustments. You can track and initiate everything through your user account or by contacting our team directly.
